Lisa Vanderpump of The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills is really sad about her former home, which was featured on the show, being lost in a fire on Friday.
"I'm shocked, really," she told KCAL-TV. "It's been an incredible
journey coming to America and living in that house. My daughter got
married in that house."
"I'm pretty emotional about it even though I sold it a few months ago."
The massive home, which appears in the opening credits of the Bravo reality show, was featured many times on The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills.
As Lisa said, her daughter Pandora tied the knot on its grounds.
"She got married there in the fall, as everybody who watched RHBOH
saw, and it was amazing, and that's what I want to think of it,"
Vanderpump said.
The fire was reported at about 6:30 p.m. Friday night, according to
the LAFD. More than 100 firefighters responded to extinguish the massive
flames.
A portion of the roof and portions of the floors collapsed due to the
fire, the cause of which is unknown. One firefighter was hospitalized
but no one died.
Vanderpump and husband Kenneth Todd downsized recently to a smaller
home, selling the place for $19 million after their adult children moved
out.
Lisa, Camille Grammer, Taylor Armstrong, Kyle Richards, Kim Richards, Adrianne Maloof and Brandi Glanville return to the Bravo show later this year
